Super C offers 8,000 products, including some 1,200 products from Super C private brand labels. In mid-2006, all but one of the remaining nine Ontario businesses transferred under food or shops Loeb. Store in Pembroke, Ontario closed and the building is now occupied by Value Village.

Super C trace its roots back to 1982 as the supermarket chain operates under the name La Ferme Carnaval and later changed its name to Super Carnaval; Metro-Richelieu acquired in 1985. At the end of 1991, all outputs Super Carnaval renamed Super C.
It is not clear whether the Super C Super Carnaval legally operating under a new name, or other entity. Since then, Super C expanded by acquiring some outlets Steinberg in 1992 (through its parent company, Metro inc). Super C has also built its own freestanding building, as well as with many rental empty mall anchor locations. Only a handful of shops Super C grocery stores today is a former Super Carnaval. In 2013, 85 Super C through the province of Quebec.
