Shoppers Drug Mart Corporation is a Canadian retail pharmacy chain based in North York, Toronto, Ontario. It has more than 1,253 stores operating under the name Shoppers Drug Mart in nine provinces and two territories and Pharma Prix in Quebec sales flier.

July 15, 2013, announced the Loblaw companies that the acquisition of Shoppers Drug Mart for $ 12.4 billion to shareholder and regulatory approvals. The transaction was approved by the Competition Bureau on March 21, 2014 and concluded on 28 March 2014.
